

Behind PCCI is Florencio F. Padernal, a Civil Engineer who has made a name in the fields of project/construction management, master planning, institution and capability building, and engineering while working for several institutions chiefly in the Philippines, China, and Mongolia.
This businessman is also a holder of a Master's Degree in Business Administration and a Doctor of Public Administration.
The key positions previously held by Engr. Padernal are Administrator, National Irrigation Administration (2014-2016); Chairman, Bases Conversion Development Authority (2002-2004); Chief Technical Advisor, UNDP/World Bank Water and Sanitation Program (1990-1993, China and Mongolia); and Director, Department of Public Works and Highways (1981-1989). Joining him at the helm of PCCI is a team of multi-disciplined directors and professional managers who infuse fresh ideas and dynamic concepts from the fields of engineering, economics, financial engineering, management, and interior design, in the implementation of PCCI projects.
